Cub Scout Leader Training

Adult volunteer leaders, parents, and all interested in the health and safety of young people are encouraged to complete the online Youth Protection Training. To receive proper credit for completing this training, it is important to enter your name exactly as it is listed on your unit’s charter (typically the exact same way you entered it on your Adult Leader Application). If you know your BSA member number please enter that as well (although it is not required). To verify this information, please contact your unit leader. Also, your login user name must be a valid email address.

Please turn off all pop up Blockers!  You will need to create an account at the online
eLearning Center below. Once there, please fill in all required registration boxes and follow the one-time set-up steps.  You’ll then be able to login at any time to take or complete training courses!
Note: we are the ‘National Capital Area Council Youth Protection Training link:

Program positions in the pack are held by Adults who work directly with the boys and organize the actual programs they participate in during the year. We are always looking for help and new ideas to "Help The Pack Go & Grow!"

Let's see who the Leaders are in the Pack...

CubMaster

The Cubmaster helps plan and carry out the pack program with the help of the pack committee and den leaders. In addition, the cubmaster emcees the monthly pack meeting, attends monthly pack leaders' and Roundtable meetings

Den Leader

The Den Leader leads the weekly or bi-weekly den meetings and contributes to the monthly pack meetings. In addition, the Den Leaders attend the monthly pack leaders' meeting and monthly Roundtable meeting for program and den ideas for successful meetings.

Committee Chair

The Committee Chair presides at all Leader meetings and helps to recruit adult leaders. In addition, the Committee Chair attends pack meetings and Roundtable meetings.

Pack Committee

This is OPEN all parents!

Parents do not have to be in an assigned position to attend.
